gas!

So I'm driving home from a late night in the office and I notice my gas light on. No big deal, I had to drive past the gas station on my way home.

So I get to the station and I pull up, pull out the card, punch the middle grade, look up and the price per gallon was at $2.06! WTF!?!

Where the hell have I been that in order to fill up my tank it would cost me $32.22 for a 15.57 gallon tank? I think even in NJ the prices have hit nearly $2.00 per gallon.....

How much is gas in your neck on the woods?

read all about it right here, playboy:

for the record, the station i normally go to (usually priced lower than every other station in the immediate area by at leas $.05) now has its 93o priced above $2; tomorrow is thrifty thursday, so it should be under $2, but that could be the last time for sub $2 prices for the rest of the summer...ouch.

The Mobil station I go to cancelled their $0.06 off wednesdays!! $2.17 for 93 octane 7 days a week. Thankfully I drove by another Mobil I usually don't go past and 93 was $2.09. Woo hoo! I think if prices go any higher I'm gonna go 1/2 and 1/2 89 and 93 octane since my car probly doesn't know the difference between 91 and 93 octane anyway.

Is this some kind of promotion for hybrids with these fuking prices. Im about to go get me a yugo or something, much like this one i found on someones website. I was driving out of school and the "idiot light" came on, so i roll up to hoebil, DAAAAAMN $2.39/gallon, do i get a free car to put the gas into?

Celica, and all other Brooklyn members, if you live near 18th av and Coney Island, Hess has 93 for $2.12 and u dont have to wait for any special day. Be careful if u got illegal mods (lights, tint) cause its frequented by the police since there's a Dunkin Donuts next door.

Whining over that? I'd be happy with $2.06 a gallon...

I filled up yesterday at $2.29... $38 to fill up...
