NewBie 98 GXE owner, need some tech advice

I bought a 98 Maxima few days ago. Pretty decent price considering i got it from dealer. Has a few problems if any of you guys could help.

Clock Light, radio light -- Not on, can't see (stock) radio stations at night? is this the fuse?

Having some vibration when braking at moderate to high speeds. Strong feeling this is my rotors. Anyone know how much it is to have rotors shaved, can i easily take rotors out myself and bring to mech.?

One of my Studs (the bolt thread that u put the wheel bolt on) is rusted and needs changing on one of my rear wheels. Any online documentation on how to remove and install Lug Bolt?

That's it for now. I appreciate any help u guys can offer.

that is most likely rotors, and they're easy to change, especially if you have any experience with brakes. our crappy rotors are not worth turning (they'll warp again) and blanks are cheap: $19.95 each at autozone. pick up a haynes manual and go at it.
