i am looking first for a new muffler but would like to redo my whole exhaust soon after. my question is what type or where to buy. i am not interested in anything but quiet. i love a silent car. i like when people think my stick stalled cause the engine is so quiet. i am willing to sacrifice some sound for preformance though. is there anything out there for me?

Take your pick of Y-pipes, Warpspeed,Cattman, Stillen, Budget, all make good products. Warspeed and Budget being the cheapest. Make sure u get a resonated B-pipe available from all of the above. And for the muffler, I would sugest one off of a 5th Gen SE. It will still be quiet at idle, and give a nice sound that's not intrusive under hard acceleration and at speed.

If you want performance, stay away from mufflers, they don't give much.
