Combination switch?

I posted a question not too long ago about my tail lights and interior lights not working. I could not find the problem( changed headlight switch, checked all fuses). I was told It might be the combination switch. Could that be my problem? Does it control all the lights? Any help is welcome. Thanks

Not sure on the 4th gen, but maybe the 3rd gen is wired similiar... On the 3rd gen no dash and no rear marker lights are caused by 1) corner rewire attempts 2) rear taillight marker light socket shorts 3) recent stereo installations and I think headlamp switch and maybe dimmer switch. Maybe they are wired similiar on 4th gens??
