whats up with the hard starting and rough idle

Ok so I have changed the plugs, the coils arent that old, new knock sensor, new fuel filter, just changed the oil. Even cleaned the throttle body. yet still it takes a good 3-4 trys to crank my car. Its not throwing any codes either.

And when it does crank.......once it idles down the thing sounds like I have a cam in it. But once we start going it runs fine...just at idle and getting her to start.

Any ideas??? Only thing I know is y-pipe on the rear is leaking...I can hear it. I need to get under there and tighten it. But would that make me have hard starts?

When you cleaned the TB did you clean the IACV? Thats what controls air flow into the engine during startup - sounds to me like this is clogged/not opening completely and the engine is starving for air..
