A33 3.0 V6 rpm problem

A33 3.0 V6 rpm problem
Hi guys
I have a problem with getting 1500 rpm on neutral gear(as soon i hit 1500 on gas pedal which is quite hard to achieve,the motor starts jumping between 1500-1700 ) Below or over 1500 its all good. Apparently they need to get 1500 rpm for CO test so i cant pass it before i fix the problem. (note : check engine light is not on)
The same thing wont happen when i drive.
Any ideas anyone?
