one of mine seems to be stuck. i can flip the sitch up and if falls back down. i won't disengage. does anyone know how to fix this problem?

 

Get a child? so you don't have to fix it... j/k...

I can't visualize the door, but if there are no screws visible on the child-latch on outside of the door, most likely, you'll have to open the door up to get to the part and replace it...
