try what i did

go to the dealership and hang around outside service bay smokin. eventually a service tech will come out to smoke. bs with him for a little bit and slip in that your splash guard is falling down. ask him what to do and if he has any of the fasteners laying around.
i got a handful of all the diffirent sizes that he had sitting in his tool box.

I have the same problem, except that the plastic shield broke around the fastner and so I guess I need to try and fix the shield somehow. Any help would be appreciated!

some of the holes in mine tore as well. i super glued a thin washer on the top of the shield to hold the fastener.
