What do the CF hoods usually cost? I've got a big chip of paint out of the fron of my hood and I'm looking at a full repaint of my hood plus a little body work since its dented where the paint cracked off... might just be better to get a CF hood than to mess with it...

heck its not even that much. I remember when the first thread about the CF hood was going on I weighed my stock hood (yeah I have a couple laying around LOL) and it wasnt that huge of a savings. Maybe around 20 lbs or so. I cant remember though but if someone wants to search the threads the info is there. I may be totally wrong too and it may be 40-50 lbs...I just want to say I remeber it being a lot less than I would have thought.
