Need advice: Brake pads for Stillen X-rotors

Hey guys,

I just received my X-rotors for my 2k3 max (front and rear).

What pads do you recommend?

Hawks?
Axxis Metal Masster/Ultra?
KVR?

Thanks

I tried the axxis metal master with the stillen/brembo rotors and they squealed like crap under 2-3mph. The pads were too damn strong for the rotor and started to chew into them in as little as 400miles. Not to mention it sounded like a shuttle as I slowed down.
Got rid of those pads, went with OEM and its quieter then ever. Ive heard good things about Hawks but never had them.

I had the same the same squeal problem with the Axxis metal masters. Went back to my Hawk pads. No problems since although they dust quite a bit.

No, because Stillen doesn't make brake pads - they sell them.

The Performance Friction "Z" rated pads are some of the best around.
Good deals at:

Metal Matrix

I got the Metal Matrix Pads from the Brake Pros at Stillen. I also brought the X Drilled Rotors. I have no complaints at all, it brakes so much cleaner and easier with these rotors and pads then the OEM setup. The only thing I am missing is the Stainless Steel Brake Lines which will be next for my Brakes!!!!
