Well, The car's finally in the body shop for work, due to a dummy that backed into me while I was parked. Details include, SMX grille, new hood, new bumper paintjob, new hood paintjob, new rear bumper / quarter panel paintjob (marks ..), and the stillen body kit. Most of that's pretty standard work so I only took pictures of the interesting stuff -- The grille.

Rumored to not fit a 97, it's true. They don't, but they ain't too far off. Check it out:

Mind you, the hood has a humongous dent in it, so that is another reason it doesn't line up right. But mainly, it just needs about a 3/4" raise on the left/right sides, and some sanding down on the top & bottom. Not too difficult.

Cool....If you end up doing that, make sure you do a complete 'how to' so others can benefit from your hard work! That's sounds ***-backwards doesn't it

Heheh

Heheh being the guinea pig for this is actually pretty cool. Shouldn't cost a lot, and it'll feel really good having one of the only ones around. It's just scary not knowing if you'll be able to get it looking good or not.

and Woops Sorry Phuong! Didn't know if you wanted me to be plugging you with that uglyass hood dent & unfitting grille. I was gonna plug you when it looks good hehehe =)
When I figure out a price and what gets done, *plug* Phuong sells em cheep! *unplug* Got here in 3 days too!

I was going to try to custom fit a grille on my 99', but I don't have the cash at the moment. If that how to ever goes up it would help a lot
