Paintless Dent Removal- you happy with the outcome?

Another F***er put a dent in my rear door and even took off about a tic-tac sized paint off of it down to primer. So that probably totals my dents to like 15 all around the car and think its time for some paintless dent removal services. To those that did it, How do you all like the job when they got done?

about a year and half ago I met a DentPro guy while he was unlocking some ladys car(locked keys in car) and called him over for an estimate and he walked around and counted the dents and wrote down on the back of his business card the quote and just said he would do the whole car for $300. he gave me a good deal, but I was broke at the time and never got back at him. Ill call him again this week and see what he will carge this time. Ill keep you posted

I've had some door dings and a dished hood fixed at Dents Unlimited for a fraction of the cost of going to a body shop. C$75 for first dent and C$15 for any others. They can get them out if the paint isn't cracked. I can't even see them. Where I went they also held a flourescent light up to the side of the car and showed me a couple of minor dings I couldn't really see - they got them out too! If the guy knows what he is doing, go for it!

As far as the quality of work Nismo, I've only heard good things about it. Supposedly it looks like new again.

A lot of the car lots here make use of the mobile services. They detail the used cars and take out any readily removable dents to maximize their sales dollar on used vehicles.

I bought my car with a dent on my roof...my friend had a paintless dent remover tool and tried it on my car...him and my friend ended up putting 3 more dents in my roof from their elbows taking all the weight when pulling the dent puller off.

Im assuming you guys used that suction cup "as seen on TV" thing right? Theres a difference between that and the real PDR tools the guy uses. They uses a set of rods or prods and work the dent from the door panel from the back of the dent

I was pretty satisfied with it.
I had this done to about two in the hood and a couple in my doors, and you would have to look really long and hard to find where they were.
Overall, you should be pretty happy with it. Get a good guy to do it.

Very satisfied with DentPro / Dent Doctor.... they are a mobile service... came to my office and did everything right in the parking lot. If you pay cash sometimes they'll throw in a few dings removals for free. Be sure to tip well. There was a small dent in the fender that he couldn't remove because he couldn't get any leverage on it, but everything else came out great. Just make sure you don't hover over them while they're working... no one likes to be watched while they're working. Except strippers.

I went to Dents Unlimited last summer just before entering my car into Import Showoff. It was well worth it! The only dings the guy couldn't get out were the ones right on the edge of the wheel wells.

Those guys have a corner on the market with this stuff though. They are charging out the roof just to get a few dents out. However, I guess then can, because they are in demand and there aren't that many people that do that.

Ok guys, I just got done with the PDR today and Ill say that it was worth it and was VERY happy with the outcome. He came over and looked all around the car and probably counted at least 15 dents all around the car- 2 hood, maybe 3 or so each door, one on the rear quarter panel and 2 on passenger fender.
