Help on dash light fuse location?!?

so i installed my amp and subwoofer this weekend and while in the process i touched some wrong wires somehow and then i heard a pop. since then, i have no dash lights when i turn on the headlights. the ones that are dim and go on with the headlights such as the door panel lights that light up the window functions, the guage cluster lights, and stero lights are ALL out with the headlights on. stereo light works fine when headlights are off though. can someone help me decifer which fuse i blew. i checked almost all of them and they all look fine!

any help is appreciated. thanks,
todd

It's the one that is labeled instrument. Done it a few times myself and everytime I replaced it, the dash light worked again.

for some reason i cant seem to find instrument fuse! is it inside the cabin? i looked and didnt see it. i also looked at the ones under the hood and couldnt find it. more specifically, off the top of your head do you have any idea what the voltage is? (7.5, 10, 15 etc)

i appreciate your help

Ok, give me a few minutes. I'll go outside now and look for you and give you the column and row position. BRB.

Ok, the fuse is locate inside the car underneath the steering wheel column. It's on the 2nd column and 9th from the top or 7th from the bottom. It's labeled Interior Illumi on the fuse cover and is a 7.5A fuse. Replace that fuse and you should be golden.
