Anybody got Amber or Red LED turn signals or stop lights. Do they light up like the new Cadillac's tail lights?

I do and....

I love them they glow a nice red glow behind the stock lense and also light up nice and bright like normal brake lights and the look good like the caddy's lights,my turn signal is a very fast blink like when a bulb is blown but it looks real cool also they are clear when off so on my RED/CLEAR Rear you see "no" bulb at all and I have these...
http://www.aieonline.com/

----Eurolite L.E.D. Bulbs #1156(Rear Turn Signals,Third Brake Light)=$7.50 each-AIE Online.
----Eurolite L.E.D. Bulbs #1157(Park,Brake Lights,4)=$7.50 each-AIE Online.

I have no pic of them on at night get some you will like them.....

I have them also, they are really cool. They are not as bright as the Cadilacs, but they look awsome. They have this real deep red look to them at night. Another thing is, they are a very direct light(hence L.E.D) so you have to manipulate the housing for the bulb to make it look right. I have done it twice. It is not to difficult. MY2CENTS

well any LED bulb that you can buy as of now projects the light into a concentrated area, like a pin point. Not emmiting the same light out put that a regular 1157 bulb could produce.
But i now have learned that LED's can come in a design where the light is emitted 360o, hense looking like a regular glass 1157 bulb. These LED's are availle in numerous colors as well. Im getting 6 of these New LED's and using them for my gauge lights and shifter lights. Should be done by late spring.
Cost is around $5-$10 a bulb :-/

The LED lights that I have are pretty bright and very red. I don't like that they make my blinkers flash fast though, still trying to figure out how to slow them down

I30CeFiRo: If you want to slow them down >>

figure out a way to wire in a resistor. Your flashers work according to the amount of wattage in series. The more wattage, the slower they blink. That's why when a bulb in the circuit blows, the other remaining bulbs flash faster.

Where are you getting your bulbs from? I've seen some that have about 7 LEDs or so in them arranged to make a bigger 'bulb' - are those the new type you're talking about or is there something else? Any URLs you can suggest with samples of what to look for and what NOT to look for? I'd just as soon wait to get a decent look..

Yeah - those are the ones I've seen (only on that site) - how is the light pattern on them? Does it seem pretty dispursed, or does it have a really bright spot in the middle? Do you just have yours in the rear blinkers?

And you might check you local auto parts place - you should be able to get a replacement blinker contoller for cheap to fix your speed problem. I know there are even aftermarket ones that are adjustable. I remember back in the day my dad had to get a new one when hauling a trailer because the rate changed vastly with one on..

I have the Jamstrait LED bulbs from Godfather Customs. They are really bright and really red (redder than my stock brake lights). When they light up they fill up the whole lense with liight, not just straight forward

I like the fast blink it looks cool to me....
I am very satisfied with the light pattern it is like sticking a red neon tube of light in your lenes it fills up the whole lens I have mine in my
-Third brake light
-Four trunk lid brake lights
-rear turn signals

Get some you will, be very satisfied as I am about the light and how they glow a deep bright red and behind my RED/CLEARs they shine really nice for my blinkers....

Yes, but the only place I have seen them was at a truck stop kind of place in northern Georgia. Accually got some, but they were not bright enough.
