After I had my brake pads replaced, the ABS sensor light came on. The dealership said the left front wheel speed sensor needs to be replaced. They want $350ish for the job, so I figure I'll buy the part myself, and either install it myself, or have a friend help out. Where can I purchase the part online? How difficult is the install? Any how-tos? i couldnt find much help on the org.

 

When I had my 3rd gen, I got my replacement from Carparts.com and I didnt pay any where close to that price. After I ordered it, I went to another Nissan dealer, and I found the part much cheaper than carparts.com. I would give Courtesy Nissan a call and see how much they want for the part. Each dealer sells parts at a different price.

 

A local dealer will charge $150 or so for it.
