please, show me the link on flushing transmission fluid

i looked thru the faq, how to, and mod faq and can't find it. how ever i've seen the link before. i wish the search work so i can just find it that way. anyways i order a transmission pan gasket from napa autoparts. i want to re-read the how to on dropping the pan, cleaning the screen and flushing the fluid. do you guys put sealant on the bolt when you put it back on? i got some RTV left over from my old G20's valve cover gasket install but not sure if its still good or if it dries up. from what i recall, i'm suppose to unplug the transmission line from the radiator and drain out 2 quarts at a time with the engine running and then refill. how many quarts does it take to complete the job? also, from what i saw the last time i was under the car, the pan is not really a pan like it is on my dads 01 frontier. its just the flat, bottom part of the transmission case right?
