anyone replaced their rear axle?

I found one locally and i might get them swapped out this weekend.
I'm looking for anyone who replaced theirs for any reason....
Mine got damaged while back and my camber its out of spec.
The rear of the car is swaying sideways when going over minor bumps.

I know i have to disconnect the ABS sensors along with calipers and spindle/hub/wheel bearing got to come off as well.

anyone with any valuable info please respond.

Nick.

You're lowered so the camber is out of spec no matter what. Same with me, went to the dealer and they didn't do jack to the rear camber/toe. Good luck with the axle.

The rear camber cannot be adjusted. There's a beam there.

my "beam" is bent thus resulting in camber/caster and toe beeing out of spec. I'm not lowered,
The bracket part of the axle , that shock is mounted to with one bolt is twisted pretty bad.

looking for anyone that actually repalced the axle.
I you haven't do so please refrain from posting comments.

You dont have a rear axle what are you talking about? An axle would be for a rear-wheel drive car.

You have a beam, a knuckle for each wheel, two wheel bearings and the suspension parts.

Ive never done it but looks pretty straight forward. Once the struts and trailling arms are removed the only thing left is the parallel link really. How did you bend the beam?
