[QUOTE=Arnold K.]Mine idles at 1200 when in Park too...[/QUOTE

did you drive it around or did you just go to your car and turn it on and see what it was idleing at? cause when i first turned mine on it was at like 1100 but then it went down to about 600-700 shortly after...

Its always going to idle higher when cold, its due to the way the engine computer is programmed to quickly bring up the engine to warm operating temeperature where everything wears less inside the engine. Mine idles at 800RPM in neutral and its a 5spd. I programmed it like that with the Consult- Nissan scan tool

if its the high idle code do the idle learning process ( couldn't get it to work) or jus unplug the neg battery cable overnight and it shall reset and idle back at 700 ( did this and worked for me this week)

that don't sound right ither your tb need cleanin or u need a tune up or soemthin
my auto use to idle at 500 rpms before i cleaned the tb so manual should be a little lower so that might be your problem

Autos idle lower than 5spds, per FSM. With the AC on the IAC kicks up in duty cycle and keeps the engine runing. A/C puts alot of drag on the engine- and it don't make alot of power at idle so they need to kick up the RPMS in order to keep it runing with the A/C. Mine idles soo smooth ya cant even tell its runing other than the nasty smell and rumble from the exhaust. 800RPM +/- 15RPMS per Consult- veryyy stable engine.

Mine idles at about 1200rpm or so right on start up. Then it slowly drops to a final spot of ~800rpm
