is there a way to adjust or tighten the parking brake cable? it seems like even with the brake all the way up, my car can slightly move. if i push it on my driveway, it will just barely move. so i was thinking it just needs to be tightened or something.

 

Just pull the boot off, you will see a small black adjuster screw, tighten it and your done. it's easier to tighten if the brake lever is up a bit.
