Blinkers wont work, PLEASE READ

I recently did my heater core. and i had to take apart all that balony(dash, etc)
but i put it all together and noticed my blinkers wont work. they dont tick on the cluster nor outside. i have noticed i have 1 connector under steering wheel right of the fuse box that wasn't pluged to anything. i dunno where it plugs, and the wire is short. i'm thinking it goes to fuse box, but i dont remember taking any out. can somone see if they have that LITTLE connecter with i tihnkn 2-3 wires going to it. Located behind fuse box cover on right.

95-96 guys only. not sure if 97-99 same place etc.

thanks

There is a flasher relay right there under the steering wheel - that connector most likely plugs in there - it is what controls the flashing and makes the ticking sounds when the blinkers are used. Look around carefully - you'll find it...if you don't have any luck finding it, post back and I'll try get you a picture tonight.
