Will this SECU work with this key fob?

Will this SECU work with this key fob?
I've read well about keyless entry feature for Nissan Maxima. My aim is to find a solution to have a working remote for my car.
My 2001 Nissan Maxima came without keyless entry remote. I tried to check its SECU to find out the FCC ID. When I exposed the SECU, I was surprised it has no label, no imprints, no part number, no manufacturer details etc.. Just a plain beige plastic box with black & white harnesses.
My car has no electrical issues, has immobilizer, does flash when entering the car key in & out 6 times (programming mode)
I think if I buy a compatible SECU + matching key fob, they will work.
The question is:
Will this SECU work with this key fob?
SECU details:
FCC ID: NHVWDU43
CANADA 17881021333
Made in Japan
Key fob details:
Japan
FCC ID: NHVWBU43
CANADA 17881021333

What you have photos of are parts for the 2000 Maxima.
The 2001 Maxima uses different ones. The FCC ID for the 2001 key fob (remote) is KBRASTU10.
While having the matching transmitter (key fob) and receiver (SECU) would work for the radio communication between the key fob and the SECU, the 2000 SECU in a 2001 may not work properly. The electrical systems of the two year models are not 100% identical. I don't know with certainty if the 2000 SECU will or will not work properly in your car.

I can find (& I do own) key fob with:
FCC ID KBRASTU10
canada 2111102170752
Calsonic Kansei corp
But, when it comes to SECU, I can only find them with the following spec:
FCC ID KBRGSTU10
Model ID KBRASTU10
Canada 21111021707A52
Kansei, Made In Japan.
This SECU comes out of a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder.
I'm waiting for advice before I pull the trigger on one

The difference between the FCC numbers on the key fob and the SECU are probably because there are different rules & regulations controlling a transmitter and a receiver. My 2000 Maxima has the same FCC numbers on the key fob and the SECU as you have in your photos.
The second SECU from a Pathfinder has an even lesser chance of working in your car than the SECU from a 2000. When it comes to the ECU and the SECU and the master power window switch, you have to stick with units for your make, model and year.

This will narrow my search, then.

Good news + bad news
I've bought both SECU & remote I mentioned in my first post. The SECU came out of a 2000-2001 Infiniti I30.
Good news:
- SECU fits well
- I managed to program the remote without hassles
- The car responds to the remote key presses
- Passengers doors unlock/lock well using the remote
- Even the trunk!! The trunk opens using the remote
Bad news:
- Driver's door doesn't unlock using either the remote or the unlock switch
- Moving driver's door lock by hand doesn't affect passengers doors
- Using the car's key to unlock/lock from outside doesn't unlock/lock passengers doors!
- The weirdest thing: Pressing UNLOCK button on the remote will LOCK the driver's door!!
Watch this video to know what happens:
Now, I'm totally screwed Where's the problem?
I removed the newly purchased SECU & back to the stock one. Locking/Unlocking using the stock SECU works without problem.
Waiting for your experiences........

I advised you that the parts were from a 2000 Maxima. On both the Maxima and the Infiniti, the SECU for the 2000 is not the same one as for the 2001.
Your problem is that you have the wrong SECU. You need the SECU for a 2001 Maxima.
Going back to what you bought, you bought Maxima parts. If they were Infinity parts, the key fob would say Infiniti, not Nissan. The junk yard had them labeled wrong in that aspect and also they were wrong in saying that it was for a 2000 and 2001 model. Again, each year requires a different SECU.

You are right. I didn't expect such little variations for different year models with the same body/engine/transmission configuration. I thought 2000 would be the same as 2001.
So you can confirm this is no a fault in the SECU itself?
I'm somewhat frustrated but will go to local junkyards & part shops later to see what I can do.

As I said, there are electrical circuitry differences between the 2000 and the 2001. One of these differences is in the windows. The 2001 has the auto up/down feature for the right front window like the driver's side. The 2000 doesn't have this. The window switches are different because of this. The SECU rolls the windows up and down and runs the door locks. The driver master switch is part of this. The driver's door lock goes through the master power window switch. Just like the SECU module, the master window switches are different between the 2000 and 2001.
Get it out of your head that the 2000 SECU will work in your car. It will not and as you are experiencing, it does not.

In the United States, all Maximas and the more expensive Infinitis had the keyless remote as standard equipment. Do you know if the keyless remote was standard equipment or was it optional?
The only information that I have on the European Maxima is for a 2000 QX model. Comparing it to a 2000 United States Maxima, there are some major differences in the electrical systems. The European QX has a Time Control Unit and a separate Multi-remote Control Unit. The U.S. car has only a SECU.
I think that the electrical systems of the European Maxima and the United States Maxima are too different for you to use a SECU from a United States car.
