this is what you are looking for right?

i am thinking about doing this soon. you will just have to find a way to mount it since our current rearview mirror is mounted to the windshield. shouldnt be too hard though. do a search for temperature mirror on ebay and you will see quite a few on there.

I installed mine and got it off ebay.

Search for GENTEX mirror.

Very very easy to install. Took me about 15 min to install one the glue to the window mount dried.

When purchasing off Ebay make sur eyou buy off a guy that will sell you the small window mount.

I would love to get one of these, my mom's explorer has the overhead console that displays all sorts of stuff. I would be satisfied with just a digital compas and temp.

Can you open the mirror up to change the LED's to match a blue interior? If it was white, I wouldn't bother if I had one, but it appears to be stock green. Blah.

What would stop us from buying a used mirror on eBay from another car? I would only need it to show the compass therefore I can pick up one for around $50 and conect 2 wires... Right?

I see a few that come with the harness and the correct mount, like this one:

I must admit, it is a really nice mod. Functionality? may help sometimes but it is just nice to look at.

The Autodimming feature is really nice.

You have to make sure you get the little metal piece that you glue onto your windsheild. The mirror than just slides on top of it.

I connected mine to the Cigaretee lighter power and grounded it by the e-brake bolt. Snake the wires down the A pillar and you are set. Very simple and a MOD that is more for you to enjoy.

Also I dynoed my car and noticed the MIRROR gave me another 10 HP at the wheels.

i like the mirror but im not sure i want to get one off of ebay. The jcwitney on is really nice but is not that cheap. They do however give you instructions and all the pieces you will need to do this so i think i will go with that one.
