ebay CAI instructions

All of the ebay intakes i've seen don't come with instructions... Could anyone show me where I could find installation instructions? I'd really appreciate it.

Also, would you recommend that I buy a better filter for it? K&N?

Thanks a lot!

I've installed 10000000 intakes. You dont need instructions. Just look at the pipes and you can take it from there. I only had 1 problem with a 2.5 RS because it went straight into the fender wall... it took a little bit to see it. you should be fine.

if you need to go through the fender wall for a CAI you need a dremal and might take awhile if you don't know how to use one. everything else should be self-explanitory.

those CAIs that you drill a whole just above the wheel so it can suck in cold air, wont it be sucking in massive amounts of water when it rains

(sorry to distract but wanted to do a CAI setup with the drilled whole but this was a worry)

dude, i bought one last week with the instructions but it didnt help, has no diagrams that supposed to come with it. so me and my bro got together and figure it out. it was easy, you don't need the instructions. just line up the pipings and you'll know what to do. the hard part is the drilling of a 3" hole in the fender on the side of the battery right under the small fuse box. man, i did't have a saw or dremel. i only used a drill and had to drill around. it was a bittch. son of a bittch took me 30 minutes to just make a dammn hole. if you need further help , i'll try to go back and prodoce some pix.

What happens when you slam the car on some 18's? Wont the cone be in the way? I thought about doing this to mine but went with the injen instead. I was going to bring it to my girls mothers job and have them make me one out of polished aluminum using the ebay one as a gide. Just because i like the way the injen shines. But i dont know if the cone will be in the way.
