the Piaa is 70
am i gonna notice a differnce???

 

yup. definitely. you'll see more of the road with piaas.

 

from what ive heard PIAA's are worth the price

 

that the piaas are good--they do provide "brighter" light--but not "more" light quality. I had more expectations for bulbs that cost $70 dollars...in fact in terms of covering more of the road, the sylvanias would do an equally good job --but the light is not "whitish." If that is important to you--get the piaa's, if seeing the road and cost is the concern teh sylvanias are quite good for the price.
honestly for $70 a pair...I'd would not have bought them in hindsight...
