Custom S/C Pulleys for sale!

I have ran into a personal problem with the vortech pulley selection. I wanted to run the s/c at its exact max rpm and not exceed it; however, vortech doesn't have pulley the right size. So I have had friend draw up a cad design and he's finnally got it done. he also has a friend that will cnc the pulleys from a solid block of aluminum and hard anodize it just like vortech does. The good thing is you can now have whatever size you want. The cost per pulley is going to be around 30-45.00 max- cost depends on how may of you want pulleys because the largest cost is in set up. So please let me know your interest and what size pulley you want.

I really want a 3" pulley still.

If you are not going to get a JWT ECU and raise your rev limiter, you can use my 2.87 and not overspin, right?

wrong. it still overspeeds the blower by 3000 rpm @ 6500 you'd be really overspeeding the blower with the raised rev.

so do you want a 3.00 pulley?

IanS uses his 2.87 at 7200RPM without problems, blower problems that is.

Stephen is using a 3" at 7200RPM OK, I thought we had this debate and Vortech is very conservative on the ratings?

IN your opinion, what pulley is safe for me at 7200RPM, could you share the calculation again as well?

I would say that with a 7200 rpm you'd max a v2 blower with a 3.2 inch pulley.

here is the site:

http://www.vortechsuperchargers.com/.../impspeed.html

they say the max rpm is 50,000.

I plan on having a couple-3 different pullies made up, even some that overspeed the blower just to see if its worth the difference.

Let me know what you guys want, I can make you whatever size you want.
