Hey, I see Lucas Oil now has an Octane Booster. It says on their website that it is safe for Cat's, O2's etc. It also says that it's not street legal (as if I really care about that in a gas treatment).

My question is, even though it says it is safe, has anyone tried it? Have you seen any performance difference? Or better yet, does anyone know a Lucas Rep. to find out why it's not street legal? It could be a matter of the stupid smog laws and the requirements for a C.A.R.B. designation.
