Seafoam and GM Top-End Cleaner

Afer reading all the good reviews on Seafoam, I have been doing some searching for its availability in Canada. So far I can't find it. But I came across another product: GM Top-End Cleaner.

Based on the reviews I read so far, seems like a lot of people said it is more or less like Seafoam. I am wondering did anyone use it? Any comments?

Never used it but I've heard it's really good stuff... it sounds very similar to SeaFoam.
