previous owner replaced bumper with one with out fogs

We'll from all indications the previous owner of my 96 GLE max got hit on the right side and replaced the fender/bumber/clearance light. It is very hard to notice and the repair was very good, however it seems like he got a bumper that didnt have the fog light cut outs. Since the GLE comes with fogs i think they decided to hack the bumper for the fogs to fit but they didnt do a good job. They had that black C shaped molding over the cut out to make it look a little better but that stuff started comming off on the corners so I pulled it all off and now I have to figure out the best way to fix this. I posted one pic below, sorry about the size it was either really zoomed in or thumbnail on the hosting site. Also it seems like the passanger side fog is pushed in farther than the drivers, anyone know if you can and how to adjust it? Please respond with any ideas thanks!

get more of that molding. That stuff ships with the kit, thats whats suppost to be on there. As far as adjustment goes, make sure the bracket isnt bent. I cant think of anyway to adjust them from when I put mine in.

GLEs don't have fogs do they? And if they do they are an option, most likely a dealer option.

we'll the fogs were stock i ment and for some reason the guy bought a bumber with out the holes. I do have a dremel maybe I could drop the fogs out and try to even the holes up, but there would still be a huge gap between the fogs and the bumper. I dont really like that molding stuff but I think I'm going to have to get more or glue to old stuff back on. Also when I droped the plastic shield on the bottom of the car I could not find what holds the fogs on or any brackets. I dont believe the bracket is bent but it could be since thats the side that the accident was on; the light is just slightly farther in than the drivers and it has a little more play in it if I try to move it. Thanks for replys

It's a dealer installed option.

No 4th Gen GLEs came from the factory with foglights. Only SEs.

after market bumper cover off of Ebay will run about $45 plus shipping. May be able to get it cheaper locally.

Unfortunately I dont have the money to spend on a new bumper cover/paint right now, im going away to college in a week and will need to use money in other places. However next summer I plan to do the 97-99 front end conversion and replace bumper cover/lights/grill so then I can fix it the right way. I guess for now i'll have to figure out how to take the fogs out of the way and even the hole up the best I can with a dremel then put more of the molding around it. Thanks for all the advice
