I'd reallllllly like to take off my front plate and go for a clean look. I live in the metro NJ area and the cops around here really are ****. Anyone up in north jersey have their front plate off and in their windshiled instead? Any problems? Price of tickets? Any input would be great. Thanks.

 

I guess it depends on your state. Here in IA its mandatory to have your front license plate displayed on the front of your car/bumper. Its also giving the cops another reason to pull you over if you don't have front plates on correctly...

 

If it's a state law to have a front plate, I'd leave it on there. I expect you'll get hasseled if you don't.
