My clutch is finally takin a crap, and I need a new clutch really soon. Which clutch kit should I buy that is reliable and somewhat better than the original?

Stock is a great quality..if your going with a s/c or Turbo in the future go with an Exedy Stage 1 or ACT Street Setup..I would recommend the Exedy Stage 1 for price wise and pedal feel.

If you gonna decied to get OEM, make sure you don't get the Key Value bullsh!t clutch. Tell the dealer to put the clutch kit together for you. Although I would recomend getting the ACT Stage 1.

just stay with OEM stock, unless you are putting some power down on the ground, or you go to the track quiet often.

ACT goes for arund $350, plus another $300-500 to get it installed.

I think the act is a good value. My pedal is just a tad stiffer and I have very minimal chatter (poly filled all mounts), but grabs like a bictch. I wouldn't get oem again. Then again, some people reported problems with their act (chatter, etc), which is most likely due to poor installation.

ACT feels great, I really don't feel any discomfort. Somebody earlier said that it grabs like a b!tch, and I agree with them 100%. It's a great clutch to get, althoough people complained about blowen tranies, but I think it's the way you drive the car what affects the durability.

well yeah i agree that how you drive affects your durability; but if i buy an act clutch knowing that its really tough im going to be putting it to use because i know its strong enough to take it.
