maximus_pr asked if anyone used haltech or any other standalone.

Alex Bahena aka UncleMax seems to use it.

If you typed "Haltech maxima" into google, you would have gotten the EXACT same article.

I get cranky with people who just post without trying to get an answer first.

I dont think UncleMax ever got the haltech to work 'properly' (timing issues). I think he scrapped it (after trying it with different tuners) and put the stock harness back in with an S-AFC II or Emange so he could try and get the car sold. He posted on here a few months back about it.
