WarpSpeed CAI colors and general info
Dallas took the first batch of our 4th Gen CAI to be powder coated today. We will be running the first batch in bright blue, safety yellow and orange. Other colors are available, we just needed to pick a few today. We will post actual pics first part of next week so you all can see them. This is a real CAI system. I read in a post that some guy was concerned about rust. We recommend using a little primer, paint and our slip liner for the hole, you could also consider silicone. Check our web site for prices, we offer the lowest priced CAI out. Ours have 3" Mandrel bent pipes. We have installed them on several 4th Gen Maximas with excellent reviews.

Would it be possible to install AEM's bypass valve into your particular CAI? I know it was not possible on the PR CAI b/c of the 3.5" piping, but do you have a location where the bypass valve could fit? thanks.

Tell you what, send me your bypass and we'll make it fit, we'll send it back of course (the CAI on my Jeep is only 3" too otherwise who knows) heh...heh.
All I would do is try to determine where we would need to make the joint. It would be helpful to know the largest diameter of the bypass. I have seen a picture of one so I know what you mean. Not sure why PR uses 3.5" tube, the VE and VG are just 3", even K&N on the big v8's usually only uses 3" on their filterchargers. The engine will only suck in so much air unless supercharged.
Anyway it would be best to do it before painting it.
You might want to give me a call Monday afternoon if you want to try it.
