Car stalling and hesitation at high speed

I have a 95 automatic, which has been given me nothing but trouble for the past few months. Now the car stalls when I stop for a stop sign or get stuck in traffic. It seems to be doing that less frequently when I have the AC not running. In addition, the car hesitates or “jerks” at high speeds. I pulled off two codes for a Knock and Mass Air Flow sensors. My question is: can a faulty Knock and MAFS sensors cause the problems I described above? Please help.

bad knock sensor could cause the bad performance but not stalling. also even if u disconnect the maf the car will still run. just wont rev pass 3k i believe. check ur maf voltage. read the faq about how to check the maf if its bad.

It's the MAF, I ahd the same probs recently. Sucks ha? If you ever get stranded, just unplug the MAF, and you can make it home, can't go over 2.5k though.
