Need Help with Red/Clear Tail lights..

Alright I wanna do them my self but I need a guide or explanation on how to do it step by step.. I wanna make sure I do a good job..

wrap it in a towel and put it in the oven on like 250 for 10 mins it will be a lot easier than the heat gun. if that wasnt enough just put it back in for more. just keep an eye on it.
