Screaching sound when I put it in park

Screaching sound when I put it in park
I have a 2003 SE with about 33k miles. I had just shifted from park to reverse. I hadn't moved yet and put it back in park. Immediately it made a horrible screaching sound. I turned the car off, started it back up, and everything seemed normal again.

Any ideas what's going on?
