20th Anniversary Edition Chrome Shift **** mod

I found out by accident that if you happen to have brake fluid on your hands, and try to touch your Oem Anniversary 5spd shift ****, the frosted coating winds up rubbing off and you're left with a chrome shift ****. It looks so much better and not ricey at all. It does not rub off the gear numbers or any lines. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures at this moment.

I found this while bleeding my clutch lines and testing shifting into gears.

I did it yesterday and took pics, but left the camera at home, I will post them soon, although they look like skeelo's, except that I took before and after pics.

FYI- The brake fluid was working, but taking forever, so I used GOOF OFF instead and it worked like a champ.

No its not hard. If you have a 98-99 then they use #74. I should take about 30 min to complete everything...
