Guys, I don't know if anyone put this on here before but we should sticky this....This is a petition for a model car company (any for that matter) to make a model car or r/c car for our generation model, hopefully this goes somewhere.

I have a collection of like 300+ models 1/18 scaled cars in my basement.. if you guys really want i can probably find some fliers with addresses of the manufacturing companies we can send this petition to (since no one has done anything with this one thus far). Also i know for a fact some of these companies send representatives to shows like the ones held at the Jacobs Javits Center (NY).

Aside from 1/18 scale models though, i used to be into GTA3 (for PC) where a lot of people made custom models and packs for the original game (Importing a lot of real life model cars into the game). I always wanted to make model a 4th gen maxima and import it into GTA3. I started to work with some 3D programs for GTA3 modeling and never got far...

if anyone wants to teach me / wants to take on this project themselves and send me what they have created ... I’d be grateful (think of driving around in the car you own in a video game, being reckless, running people over, shooting things up .... and then walking out into your real life driveway and seeing your beauty resting there untouched... i don't know.. to me that's a beautiful thought

Its been tried many times, supposedly a mold costs more money than they would make selling 4th gen Maxima models.

blah blah blah......this has been done 1000 times. what kid wants a modle of a family car...i do not see any park avenue modles, or camery's. i would love one, but if i was a company i would not produce it.

 

But if you want a stupid civic then you will find out that they make a million of them. Granted i think your right that they wont bother with it but it would be cool to have one.

 

yea, but the honda civic is what is "in". Everybody 16 and under want a civic cause they think it is performance car. There is a latrger market for civics, and there are tons more modded and regular civics out there compared to maxima's. The maxima is getting larger in fan base, but no where near the civic is.

I would never buy a civic cause i do not give a **** baout them, but if i was a modle company i would be makin the hell out of them.
