Fluttering noise rt. front--details inside

Over the past few thousand miles I can hear a rhythmic 'wup, wup' sound coming from the right front wheelwell that varies with speed. Car has shimmy that feels like wheels or tires, feel it all over, not in the steering wheel. Under throttle you can't hear it, only at coast or braking. Knowing rotors are known to warp, I've had them trued. No change. Rotate and balance tires, no change. Replace Yokohama A550H tires with Michelin MXV 4's, better, but still there. Car just turned 70K miles, 2K 5 speed GXE.

I've got steel wheels, but they have been rotated, so it can't be that...or can it? In the past with my 99 Altima rotors or tires fixed something like this, so I'm now stumped. Car handles OK. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Also have the actual rim checked, i used to get that same sound before with my old rims. It wasn't until i replaced it that the problem went away. (That and i was told that the rim was slightly out of shape)

I guess what gets me is the sound remains after rotating wheels, unless more than one rim is out of shape. I figured I'd hear it move around, you know? Maybe it's time to find a forum member selling some wheels and get an upgrade for cheap. I thought it could be bearings too but have yet to have a bearing problem on any late model car. Thanks!
