What went wrong with it, did it happen recently? or just now?

which adaptor is it, the Scoshe one, or a custom mde one?

no adaptor... just stock bose plug. i bought a wiring harness and had best buy install the deck. it worked for a while, and i took it out to add RCA cables, now it dosent get power. i was looking at the harness, and it seems that the wires are mixed, so i need to know what wires are what in the factory wiring going to a bose headunit
