Tranny flush - what does it do?
what does a tranny flush (such as aamco''s power purge" do for the car? I have a 98 gle, and it hunts for gears all the time, can a tranny flush remedy this? does it clean the shift solenoid valves? how much would it cost to clean the solenoid valves? Thanks

A tranny flush replaces all the fluid in the transmission and torque converter. It may or may not cure shift related issues. It's more preventitive maintenance.
