Just got my Tokico Illuminia Kit now a few ?'s before install...

Well I finally got the Tokico Illumina Suspension Kit I've been wanting for months but have been spending my money elsewhere instead.

I have a few questions though.

1. The rear springs look huge to me. Are they supposed to be somewhat bigger than the fronts? I'm hoping I didn't get the wrong kit. The Kit number is ILK 246. Can anyone confirm this is the right kit? I searched the faq's and couldn't find that number anywhere!

2. I am planning on using my stock dustboots. Good idea or bad? They aren't in the greatest condition but are they ok to use? Is there any need to cut the bump stops? I've read a million times about this but cant seem to remember or find any threads about this when I need them!

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks,

-Todd

The rear springs should be taller with a smaller diameter than the front springs, they look like the right ones to me.

You can reuse the stock ones but you really should protect your investment with a new set, OEM or KYB, but just put something on there to keep dirt off the piston. You do need to cut the bump stops a little, I couldn't tell you how much because I replaced mine with the shorter KYB dust boot / bump stop combo.
