I just installed a xm radio tuner (roady 2) in my max and since i have had it in (2 weeks) i have been hearing a whistling noise when i floor it. Dont know if it is from the install of the tuner. Anyone have an idea what it could be?

yeah.... but i have had it for 3 years now and never had a whistling problem with it. this whistling just started after i had my xm tuner installed. i thought it maybe my belts but i did my belts about 20k ago.

 

not familiar with XM installs but power wire and speaker wire go to seperate sides of the car, otherwise you get the whine.
