Noob question.....but some1's gotta ask them

Just wanted to know if it was possible..... has anyone ever done this before...
Would the spec's match for each car....

If any necessary adjustment needs to be done, please let me know what I have to do??

yes u can put a 4th gen HU in a 3rd gen...will need some harness work

The 4th gen didn't come with a 6 in-dash. I have a 97 unit in my car

 

anyone intersted in purchasing a prefabbed harness to allow use of the 95 and later bose in the 94 and earlier cars?

 

How much is a pretty piece like that?

 

Don't know, I haven't started making them yet, I wanted to see if there is any interest first. I'm guessing probably in the $20 range or so. it will partially depend on how many people show interest

by 95 and up, u mean 95 -99 bose right? as i understand it (after much research using the "search" feature which i recently learned is a priviledge of donating members) the 4th gen bose HU will fit a 3rd gen but a 5th and 6th gen will not

 

I have to do alittle more checking to see what years and radios the harness will cover
