Changing fog lights to stay on with high beams?

1st, yes I have searched for the answer but can't find it.
I have a 2001 Maxima. I want to change the lighting to be able to have the fog lights on with the high beams. I would also like to take off the glare guards from the fogs for improved vision. (I have done this to my 300ZXTT and it makes a big difference along with the PIAA super whites). It would also be nice to have the low and fog lights on with the high beams, but I would settle for the fogs only with the highs.
Does anyone have the instructions of how to change the fogs with high beams? and the instructions for removing the glare guards?
Thanks in advance
Tony

Use how-to sticky...Igor has the write up for it..it's really easy. and why take off the glare guard? i think it helps to prevent glare for the incoming drivers. You might put other in danger...

Removing glare guards

When removing glare guards, you have to re-aim the fogs. If aimed properly, you will not effect the on-coming traffic. I have done this to my 300ZXTT which is a very common change to 300ZX's.
