All the same in terms of performance +/- very few hp, some are equal length tubes, some arent, I;ve had both, cant say tehy feel any different, but if you have a lot of salted roads in your are during the winter time or live near the ocean. .., might want to opt for a SS unit.

Don't know about that... I live in Wisconsin.

Stock exhaust is still in good shape (stock exhaust is NOT SS). Just had to have new exhaust hangers put on though. Replaced the Y-Pipe with a Warpspeed in the GD for the performance, but the stock one just looked old - no bad rust.

So, after six years and 185,000 miles... the stock exhaust still functions and looks fine. You can spend the money on the SS if you want, but I wouldn't bother.

I have a warp speed Y-pipe and i was very pleased with the performance that i got. However, if you want to get a stillen Y-pipe; PM me; I get Stillen parts at cost. Being an authorized dealer has benefits.

Cattman Y is probably the best QUALITY made Y-pipe but should give aruond the same gains as all the others.

The Cattman says "Cattman" on the box... and the Warpspeed says "Warpspeed" on the box. That is the main difference in price.

Save yourself 100 bucks and get the Aluminized Y-Pipe - use the 100 bucks you saved to get an aluminized B-Pipe for an extra handful of horsepower.

I have the Warpspeed and it added a very slight growl to my exhaust, but it is barely noticeable.

I like the growl with the warpspeed (wsp). It's not highly noticeable, but it's there. I was in on the wsp group deal and got the y-pipe for $160 shipped. I have seen other posts where people called wsp and got the same price outside of the group deal, so it may be worth a call. I didn't go with SS even though I live in Chicago. The aluminized steel will be plenty fine.

www.warpspeedperformance.com is their address.

Stillen Y pipes are Bad !! Bees in a can sound, anyone with one can tell you. I, however, custom fabricated a Cattman Y for my turbo setup and the car sounds even quieter than stock, wierd. But bang for the buck is Budget. I heard its pretty much the same quality as Cattman's. Hope this helps.

I was thinking about switching to cattman...recently my budget has that dreaded "bees" sound and it's driving me crazy.

Most of any y will get that "bees" sound you just have to keep up with the maintainence of that pipe.
