Passenger side door light wont turn off? why?

My passenger door light wont turn off when i close the doors, the driver side one turns off when its suppose to and works normally but the passenger side one just does not and just stays dimm.
There's constant power flowing to it, and its not as light as always , now its just dimm.

what could be the problem?
how would i fix this?

strange, not sure how to fix but I would disconnect your battery to save it from dying.

i just disconected that hole assembly from its harness for that reason , but what distributes the power to that light bulb, like what regulates when its on/off as the doors open/close?

My doors have a delay to them. They turn off after a while on their own.

can it be the passenger side window regulator?
or would this problem even trace to the front driver side window/lock control unit?

The power for the door light is a constant. They are ground driven via the door switch, and run through the window switches. Thats all I really know. I had to run a ground from the drivers side to the passenger side to get mine working again.
