2000-2003 Maxima Vogtland Performance Springs

I just saw these on Custom Maxima for $199

http://www.customenterprise.com/view.../vts/design004

They lower 35mm and it says they can be paired with stock struts or obviously aftermarket struts, however, I find this odd bc every other spring setup they have it says that struts are highly recommended but here it actually states in the description that you can use stock... and aftermarket struts are suggested for lowering more than 50mm . . . what other spring do you think this would compare to??? I really want to lower my car, however, I just can't see spending that much money on say progress springs and tokico illuminas which is what i originally wanted...any opinions would be great...thanks guys.

35mm...that's about an inch, so drop would be similar to maxspeeds or H&R's. You should always get aftermarket struts with lowering springs, though, in my opinion.....

I'm all about increasing driving fun "Lowering of 35mm. The lower center of gravity provides greater handling and increases driving fun."

Same springs have been on ebay going for $165 and more recently $145. The guy out of San Diego (jdmwerks I think) is selling them. I thought about getting them but finally ordered some Maxspeeds last week.
