How to get yellow stuff off bmw headlights and bulb ?

Hey, I just got my bimmer headlights in and they have some yellowish tint on them. Me and my friend tried to clean them off many times with plastic cleaner, and it they are still yellow. Is there any thing else i can do to make them clearer, they are the plastic us spec ones, with out projectors. Also what is a good if not best bulb for the high beams? I have some 100 watt xenon apc bulbs in there b/c they were 5.00 for the set of 2 brand new from nopi. They just project too much of a blue tint and make it harder to see. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I found some very good stuff on Ebay for this problem, but I cant remember what it was called but if you look on there, you should find something similar.

I have used a fine cut 3M polishing compound and it worked great on all the dull plastic finishes i have used it on.

LOL, just jump down his throat tim! Jrod, there is a ton of stuff you can do to these cars for the most part. Get a body kit for it, wheels, lower it, bimmer lights, tint, what ever you are looking for. Even new brakes

heh... there's a 'rod' in his name.

Is there an easy way of removing the lenses off e36's? I think have of the yellow battle is on the other side. I know we cleaned and removed alot of scratches on the outside.
