My windshield washers never quite worked, the water would just trickle out of them. I thought they were clogged so I replaced them but it does the same thing. When they're disconnected the water shoots out of the hoses ok, but it seems there isn't enough pressure to shoot them out of the sprayers. Any thoughts on what should I check out?

 

need a new pump?
leak in the hose/line?
clog in the hose/line?

 

Is there a fuse to the lil pump for the sprayer? Mine are completely out.
