oil/ clutch probs

well yesturday my mom calls me and tells me theres a dinner plate size oil spot on our driveway where my car was parked... so i got out to my car where i was and see some on the ground, so i check it to see if i need anymore. the oil was above the fill mark, i tryed it cold and hot just to make sure. so i parked on the street over night at my house and there was no leak on the ground.... go to work and when my shift is done theres once again alittle oil on the ground. check it, still more than i need. then on my way home from work i noticed my clutch was engaging way earlier than b4, i usually rest my foot on the pedal when im driveing and that was engaging the clutch.... so im not sure what im dripping oil from (the tranny shifts fine)

so im just wondering what the hell is leaking.... i love the car and want it to atleast get me through college.

TIA
Steve

P.S the oil seems to be coming from the oil drain hole alittle so im gunna tighten that down, but its mostly coming out of the back of the motor around cyl 5
